Rules for pairing wine with food can appear overly strict at times. Pretty much every combination goes but there is a science behind a great pairing. We know our wine and food like nobody else and are known for matches made in heaven.

CHARCUTERIE
Three locally sources meats and cheeses – smoked gouda, fontina, and gorgonzola, served with out seasonal in-house chutney, pickled onions, carrots and fresh baguette

MARQUETTE BRAISED BEEF TACOS
Two tacos with beef braised in our Marquette and topped with pickled onions and carrots, with a side of red wine au jus 

MAPLE SAUSAGE ON A BAGUETTE
A locally sources maple bacon sausage from Bearbrook Farms – grilled to perfection and placed in a French baguette topped with caramelized onions and spicy Dijon mustard

MUSHROOM TOAST
A savoury mixture of local mushrooms, button, portobello and king oyster, finished in thyme, rosemary, garlic and butter with a twist of lemon to finish, served on a toasted baguette and topped with goat cheese

WHIPPED FETA DIPS
Fire roasted tomato feta, and olive martini whipped feta dip served with crudité.

CHICKEN FRICASSE SKEWERS
A handheld take on a French classic, chicken, mushrooms, and onions grilled to perfection and served with a side of creme fraiche (a garlic cream sauce)
