Hand harvested Frontenac Noir and Marquette grapes from Kinburn, Ontario, crushed and stemmed to stainless steel tanks for fermentation with cultured yeast over 20 days of maceration. This wine is deep purple in colour, expressing notes of dark cherry and berry fruit with a rustic underbrush nuance, supple, round, dense palate and finish.
