The handpicked grapes from Carp Ridge, Ontario were sourced from our Lower Block of Chardonnay vines closest to the river. Organically and Biodynamically grown, the fruit clusters were then meticulously hand sorted to ensure the utmost quality and integrity prior to indigenous fermentation and malolactic conversion, over 33 days as whole clusters, in stainless steel tank. No additions of any kind and no fining, cold stabilizing, sulfites or filtration. Natural Wine!

Tasting Notes:
This wine has an intriguing nose of ginger, tangerine zest, flintiness, and earthy notes. The palate shows the same with a fine, tea-like dryness owing to the skin contact. Fresh and lingering finish.
