Understory Marechal Foch - 1oz Taste

The wine is light purple in colour.  Dry and youthful with an elegant balance of fruit, acidity and pronounced notes of rose, dark raspberry , and vanilla. The finish is subtly smoky, fruity and medium long.

Civil Grit Chardonnay - 1oz Taste

This wine is medium lemon in colour. Dry, and youthful, this wine is fruit forward revealing fresh apple, asian pear along with a nuance of fennel seed, and is framed by a mid-palette richness achieved with lees aging and periodic battonage.  The finish is warm, round and persistent.

Civil Grit Gamay - 1oz Taste

This wine is pale garnet in colour. Dry and youthful.  There are delicate aromas of red raspberry, subtle smoke, and herbal undertones allowing this wine to pair particularly well with food. The vibrant acidity and supple tannin structure frame the fruit and present a balanced and cleansing finish.

KIN Chardonnay - 1oz Taste

The nose presents apple and pear notes with nuances of toasted almond and fresh bread. The palate is focused and fresh yet with enough richness to nicely frame the fruit and lead to a medium long finish. Some bottle time will be rewarding for this youthful chardonnay.

KINdling Sparkling - 1oz Taste

This wine is light lemon in colour. Off dry and youthful with a pronounced yet fine and sustained mousse. There are delicate aromas of lemon rind, yellow plum and wet stone. The vibrant acidity and balanced sweetness produce a bright, vivacious wine with an elegant, cleansing finish.

Pinot Noir Rose - 1oz Taste

A rosé style very much inspired by Provence, the wine is very pale pink in colour with notes of strawberry and red cherry, lemon zest joined by a palate that shows racy acidity and fresh fruit character.
