The grapes were hand harvested from an organic vineyard, destemmed and crushed prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with cultured yeast, over a total maceration time of 14 days. Full malolactic conversion. Aging with French oak in stainless steel tanks for five months prior to sterile filtration and bottling.
This wine has a bright garnet colour and a nose of black raspberry, blueberry and subtle earthy notes with a hint of cinnamon. The palate is lively and bright with jammy fruit and fresh acidity.
