We are thrilled to announce the new date for our Winemaker’s Dinner, the first collaborative event between KIN Vineyards’ winemaker Brian Hamilton and The Twin Muses’ executive chef Jean-Paul Manzac.
This carefully curated evening will feature a five-course menu, expertly paired with KIN Vineyards wines, celebrating the harmony between food and terroir. Each dish is designed to complement our wines, while Brian Hamilton guides guests through the winemaking process and the stories behind each vintage.

🍴 Amuse-Bouche: Homemade gougère stuffed with mornay sauce – Paired with KIN Sparkling Vidal
🥣 Soup: Seabass fish soup with crouton and original rouille – Paired with Carp Ridge Chardonnay
🍚 Appetizer: Lentil risotto with Comté cheese – Paired with Carp Ridge Orange Chardonnay
🍋 Intermezzo: Lime sherbet with Dunrobin Earl Grey gin
🍖 Main Course: Crunchy lamb shank wrapped in filo, served with beans cassoulet & spring vegetables – Paired with Carp Ridge Pinot Noir
🍫 Dessert: Chocolate fondant with raspberry coulis – Paired with Frontenac fort
