Winemaking:
These grapes were picked on October 10,2025, gently destemmed and crushed to stainless steel fermenters and cold soaked for 5 days prior to inoculation with cultured yeast. Total maceration and fermentation took place over 1 month prior to pressing, settling and barrelling down with 25% new oak and ageing for 5 months before blending, light filtration and bottling.
Tasting Notes:
This wine is deep ruby in colour with a nose of black cherry , black plum and a hint of cocoa and bay leaf. The palate is medium to full bodied with dark berries, soft fine tannins and balanced acidity leading to a round, long finish.
